2025 Sponsorship Options
We appreciate your support of our events. At Soul Circle, our goal is to provide smaller opportunities for like-minded individuals to network and create connections to each other that last beyond the time we spend at a location. Keeping our event attendance intentionally limited in numbers is a choice, and maintaining reasonable ticket prices is a priority for us too. As a result, we often come out of pocket to pay the balance between the costs of providing the experience and the amount generated from ticket sales. As a sponsor, you are helping to bridge the gap and partnering with us to create these life changing adventures for those who attend.

Recommendation added to the Soul Circle Page, mention in the digital event program
Silver Sponsor

Recommendation added to the Soul Circle Page, business name (no logo) will be added to the event promotional banner, 1/2 page in the digital event program with 1 image, a small table can be added for the vendor time and mingle/mayhem time during the event.
Gold Sponsor
$500
A vendor table will be available for you during vendor time and mingle/mayhem, your business name (no logo) will be added to the event promotional banner and the event access badges, full page in the digital event program (including 1-2 images) for whatever you want to promote, and we will add your business to the Soul Circle website on our Recommendations page.
*Platinum Sponsor (Limit 2 per event)

Table will be available for you during vendor and mingle/mayhem time, business name and/or logo will be added to the event banner and event access badges, full page in the digital program (w/ 1-3 images), and we will add your business to the Soul Circle website on our Recommendations page. In addition, you can provide a 1'x2' banner to hang in the Washoe Club Museum visible to all daily ghost tours for 6 months (from one Soul Circle event until the next one).
*Diamond Sponsor (Limit 1 per event)

Table will be available for you during vendor and mingle/mayhem time, business name and/or logo will be added to the event banner and access badges, full page in the digital program (w/ 1-4 images), we will add your business to the Soul Circle website on our Recommendations page. In addition, we'll allow time in the event schedule for a vendor message/presentation, and you will be permitted to provide a 1.5'x3' banner that will hang in the Washoe Club Museum visible to all the daily ghost tours.
Sponsorship Notes: These packages do not include event tickets, so you can sponsor without attending the event. *At the Platinum and Diamond level sponsorships, to keep your banner up year-round you would sponsor both the April AND October events. Otherwise, your banner hangs for six months... from the date of the event you sponsored until the next event in VC (which would be April-October or October-April most years).
